   32位：http://s3.amazonaws.com/clo.installer/CLO_Enterprise_OnlineAuth_2_3_153_Installer.exe
   64为：http://s3.amazonaws.com/clo.installer/CLO_Enterprise_OnlineAuth_2_3_153_Installer_x64.exe
2. 复制替换CLO_Enterprise_OnlineAuth_x64.exe到C:\Program Files\CLO Enterprise OnlineAuth
3. 拷贝haspdinst.exe到C:\Program Files\CLO Enterprise OnlineAuth and run haspdinst.exe
4. 运行CLO_ENT_iND2016.reg
