安装步骤：

Win版本：

• 退出AE，双击安装LocalDiffusion-v2.3.45.exe，安装过程会下载文件，比较慢
• 拷贝LocalDiffusion.blaceplugin到C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore\LocalDiffusion，替换即可

Mac版本：

• 退出AE，双击安装LocalDiffusion-v2.3.26-default.pkg，安装过程会下载文件，比较慢
• 拷贝LocalDiffusion到/资源库/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore/LocalDiffusion.plugin/右键 显示包内容/Contents/MacOS，替换即可
